Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Items which do not have any personalisation applied in any way can be returned within 14 days of invoice/order date for a full refund or exchange, providing they have not be worn, washed and are returned with all tags and packing materials.
For custom/personalised items you may return any item bought from us within 14 days of delivery providing it is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
Refunds and Exchanges cannot be made on some non-faulty goods due to the bespoke nature and have no resale value, i.e., personalised with a name.
How to make a return
Contact us via email at claire@soccagirl.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for return or exhange.
If a refund is applicable, we will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
In the event of an exchange request, new items will be sent within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Please note
Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. We supply garments from different manufacturers and there is no such thing as a standard size. On every product, there is accurate sizing information for that item.
SoccaGirl is not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product design or size.
